I walk alongside leaders on their journey to help them reach their own potential. To consistently be the leader they want to be. To get out of the day-to-day grind and do the long-term work of personal growth.

How coaching works

Coaching typically happens over a number of months, with in-depth 1-1 coaching sessions every few weeks (we find that between 60-90 minutes allows us to go deep into a topic, explore what’s really happening and help you make a plan to move forward). In between sessions, we support you with advice on phone and email when you need it, as well as helping you maintain your progress with our Habit Loop app.

Triangulate

The coaching process starts strongly by aligning the coachee and the coach (and your boss if you have one!) on the focus areas and what success looks like. We may also capture 360 review data to help align on your priorities.

Take responsibility

You want a coach who helps you unravel complex situations and plot a course forward. A coach who helps you work out your own issues, and develop your own solutions. A coach who has ideas and suggestions. But it’s up to you to take responsibility for trying and testing new ways of thinking or behaving.

Build your support system

To help you test new ways of thinking and behaving, we offer a support system between sessions. We’ll work with you to make a specific commitment, set up regular reminders, and track your progress with our Habit Loop app. In 60 seconds a day, we can keep you focused on being the best leader you can be. And we can help you track progress and land the learnings from coaching.

Focus your energy

Leadership is pretty simple - we need to set a direction, and then align energy behind it. Part of coaching is simply to help you be confident in your direction (your strategy and decisions). And part of it is to make sure your energy, and your team’s energy are aligned - not leaking away.
