Building Strategic Capacity
Fire up your strategy with our 6-week Strategy Accelerator

You want your strategy to drive change. You want to build a better business.
This year, CEOs keep asking me:
“Why are we making such slow progress on our strategy?”.

Leaders want to make things better, build a stronger business.

But it's not easy.

But progress isn't easy.

We identified 3 things that hold the strategy back.

1. Not enough people pulling together. Organizations struggle when team members aren't aligned with strategic goals or don't understand how they contribute to the bigger picture.

2. Too much energy on the day-to-day issues. Leaders find themselves constantly putting out fires and dealing with immediate problems rather than focusing on long-term strategic initiatives.

3. Strategy moves at a snail's pace. Despite good intentions and clear plans, strategic initiatives often move slowly, creating frustration and diminishing momentum.
So we built the 6-week Strategy Accelerator
We've put together a 6-week sprint to fire up your strategy.

1. Assessment. Team members complete the Strategy Energy diagnostic to establish a baseline and identify specific areas for improvement.

2. Customized Acceleration plan. Data from the diagnostic informs a tailored 6-Week Acceleration Plan addressing the four energy types in sequence: Leadership Spark → People Energy → Priority Energy → Process Energy.

3. Implementation support. The sprint is supported by coaching throughout the 6-week period, ensuring accountability and helping teams overcome obstacles.

4. Reflect & Adjust. A retrospective at the end of the sprint identifies what worked, what didn't, and how to maintain momentum going forward.

A guide for leaders who want to put more energy into strategy execution. This guide explores how CEOs and leadership teams can overcome slow strategic progress by addressing four essential types of energy: leadership spark, people energy, priorities energy, and process energy. Developed by Rob Pyne, this framework provides practical solutions to help your organization achieve its strategic vision with greater momentum and less struggle.

Take The Strategy Energy diagnostic
Take 4 minutes to assess yourself and your organization on the 4 elements of strategic energy. The diagnostic will help you identify where your strategy might be lacking energy and provide benchmarks to compare against other organizations.

After completing the diagnostic, you'll receive your results instantly via email, allowing you to compare them with the benchmarks provided in the last section of this white paper.

The diagnostic will help you identify specific areas where you can improve your strategy execution by examining your leadership approach, people engagement, priority management, and strategic processes.
