About Me
Rob studied psychology at University College London, specializing in human judgement and decision-making.
On a mission to help the world make better decisions
In 1997, he quit his PhD to move to Australia and surf. He joined the world of advertising, rising to become Chief Strategy Officer of a global agency. After a series of leadership roles, Rob set up training firm Realizer in 2013, with a mission to help the world make better decisions. He discovered that the best way to improve decision-making is to work with leadership teams - to unlock their collective intelligence.
Having worked with 50+ teams and hundreds of leaders, he’s written the book Unlock: Leveraging the Hidden Intelligence in Your Leadership Team to help leaders build teams which are smarter than the sum of their parts.
