My work is to walk alongside leaders and their teams as they build a better business. That can involve aligning the leadership team, defining the strategy, accelerating the execution, or developing wider leader's capability. Although I sometimes do one-off engagements, I am more often called on to coach teams over a 6-week strategy sprint, or a 6-month development timeline.
